The ask
Rethink and redo the bridge between Balboa Park and Sunnyside, and consider topping I-280 (like Tunnel Tops), along the lines of Objective 2.3 of the Balboa Park Station Area Plan.
Why it matters
The current bridge isn't ADA accessible. It's hidden and feels dangerous, so parents taking kids to daycare at CCSF use Ocean Ave instead. It's too steep to be a bike-friendly route, and it's not a great connector of the neighborhoods.
