We're a group of neighborhood volunteers reviving the highly successful Friends of Balboa Park Playground, a neighborhood group that re-built the playground, installed the Skate Park & Tennis Courts, built a dog park and advocated for refurbishing the pool. Inspired by their accomplishments, we include the next generation of parents working with the leaders of those past efforts to maintain, activate and improve the community building capacity of Balboa Park in San Francisco.
